Description

So I got to thinking after binge watching Star Trek Voyager; why is it that everytime someone says "evasive maneuvers" they always get hit? Seems to me that its kinda pointless to try and get out of the way. Anyway, enjoy!

I always thought that evasive maneuvers weren't just to get the shot to miss, but if (and usually when) the shot hits that it would hit a less critical location or system... if the shields were down.
